How to deal with the hydraulic cylinder not maintaining pressure

The problem of not maintaining pressure is mainly caused by the leakage of hydraulic cylinder and pressure regulating valve. Therefore, to reduce such problems is to minimize leakage. However, since leakage cannot be avoided, if there are special requirements that the pressure should be maintained at all times or for a long time, some countermeasures should be taken to achieve this overall goal. The reason for this kind of problem has just been mentioned, so we can try to reduce the probability of leakage problem by reducing the leakage point. Then, in the design scheme, the total number of pressure regulating valves and connecting pipes on the closing oil passage of the hydraulic cylinder should be reduced as far as possible.

Another reasonable way is to fill the oil. To put it bluntly, oil replenishment refers to the continuous compensation of the hydraulic cylinder when the pressure is always maintained. There are two specific approaches:

One way is to fill the oil with oil pump. The key advantage of this method is that the pressure of the oil cylinder can be maintained in a stable condition for a long time. Under normal conditions, we can use the oil system software provided by the variable piston pump to make the oil provided by the two pumps to the system software during the whole operation process. During pressure maintaining, the large flow pump is unloaded according to the electromagnetic induction speed regulating valve, and the small total flow oil pump, namely the pressure maintaining pump, independently displays the pressure oil to compensate for the leakage of the system software, so as to achieve the purpose of pressure maintaining.

In another way, the accumulator is used to fill the vehicle oil to maintain the pressure. The key advantage of this method is that even if the pressure is maintained for a long time, it can significantly save power engineering and is not easy to cause too many accidents. The specific method is to connect the high-pressure oil in the accumulator with the oil cylinder, which has the effect of compensation.
