The slag material grinded by the grinding roller on the grinding plate consists of two parts, a small part of new ground slag with high moisture content and most of the ground non-finished slag with low moisture content. It is distributed on the grinding disc by the scraping device and rotating centrifugal force. Among them, the non-finished slag is the coarse material returned after being separated by the powder concentrator due to its large particles.




Under the action of centrifugal force, the slag distributed on the grinding plate is guided under the auxiliary grinding roller for preliminary compaction. Form a material layer suitable for the equipment roll grinding process.




It is loaded by the hydraulic system, and the main grinding roller completes the grinding of the material layer. The ground slag powder is conveyed to the powder concentrator by hot air. During the conveying process, the powder is dried, and the high-quality particles enter the circulating hopper lifting system from the slag discharge port through the air ring.




Slag grinding cage type separator is an air flow separator. The mixture of powder and air changes from vertical rise to tangential flow after entering the powder concentrator.




In the range between the guide ring and the rotor blade, the centrifugal force formed by the rotation of the rotor separates the powder and air mixture. Large particles (larger than the specified size) are thrown outward and sink under the action of gravity. After leaving the centrifugal force range, it is collected in a collector and returned to the mill for re grinding. The finished powder passes through the vortex of rotor blades together with the guided air flow, and enters the dust collection system through the air outlet of the powder concentrator. The fineness of the finished product depends on the angle of the guide vane of the powder concentrator and the rotating speed of the rotor.
